Aspire Therapy Solutions provides therapy services for communication disorders and developmental disabilities including Autism and Asperger Syndrome. We offer speech-language therapy, academic programming, and behavioral services. Our aim is to provide quality services that meet the specific needs of each individual family and child.

We assess and serve children with all types of communication disorders such as

Our philosophy in treatment is that every child is unique and has his or her own learning style. Each child should be provided with an intervention specific to their strengths and needs. We use both developmental approaches to treating children with disabilities as well as behavioral approaches to learning. Monitoring progress through data collection, observations, and parent report ensures that the best treatment approach is being used and that progress is being made.

Stephanie Becker

Stephanie is a licensed speech-language pathologist. Her professional training includes a Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders (University of Kansas) and a Master of Science in Education (University of Kansas) in Autism / Asperger Syndrome. She completed an internship at the Princeton Child Development Institute and has over 10 years experience working with children in the home, school, and private therapy settings. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in communication disorders for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

Carla Smith
Carla is a Special Educator and Autism Specialist. She is a licensed special education teacher with a Master of Science in Education (University of Kansas) in Autism / Asperger Syndrome as well as in Behavior Disorders. She received training at the TEACCH training center in North Carolina and worked for 6 years as an Autism teacher, district consultant, and presenter. She also has experience working with families in the home and community setting.

Our office is located near I-435 and Metcalf in Overland Park, KS.

From the Metcalf, go north to 105th street. Turn right on 105th and go east 1 block to Frontage Road. Turn right on Frontage Road, and go south 1 block until you come to building #10580. You will see signs for the American Diabetes Association and for Allure Massage. Turn left into the parking lot. (The building is located just north of the Hampton Inn, and the parking lot is the last turn before the Hampton Inn.) Suite 450 is located on the southeast corner of the one-story building.
